Using WAVV
You must provide accurate account and booking information, keep your sign-in secure, and use WAVV only for lawful activity. Users under 18 may book only where an event permits it and with any required guardian consent.
Bookings and payments
WAVV provides discovery, checkout and ticketing technology. Event hosts remain responsible for delivering their listed event accurately and safely. Prices, ticket limits and eligibility shown at checkout form part of the booking. Cashfree processes new payments; WAVV does not store full card or UPI credentials. Historical bookings may have been processed by Razorpay.
Hosts and creators
Hosts must be approved before publishing, must own or be authorised to use their media, and must keep event time, venue, inventory and cancellation information accurate. Creators must disclose promotional relationships and may not manipulate attribution, clicks or bookings.
Safety and enforcement
WAVV may unpublish listings, suspend accounts, preserve relevant audit records, or contact authorities when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud or comply with law.
Availability and liability
The beta may change or experience interruptions. WAVV does not guarantee that every event will proceed. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected WAVV booking; this does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
